Manufacturing Warranty

Warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 45 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Should a problem arise with a product, we ask that you return it immediately so that we may conduct an analysis to determine if the problem stems from a manufacturing defect or improper use. Please refer to “Exchanges” information below.


We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. You can exchange your item within 45 days of purchase. To process an exchange of a defective item, please contact us at hello(@) with an email subject “Exchange of Defective Item”. Please be ready to provide photos and/or video showing the damaged part as well as your order number and invoice.


Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The initial shipping, return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns of sale items. Only items purchased at regular price can be returned and eligible for a refund.

To proceed with a return of your item, please contact us at hello( with an email subject ‘Return Inquiry’.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The initial shipping, return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 20 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
